Colorado Coalition for the Homeless
No matter your housing situation, we want to ensure you have access to quality healthcare in a place where you feel safe and welcome. Medicaid will pay for your doctor and dentist visits, emergency room care, medicine, preventive care such as health screenings and immunizations and other procedures and treatments, including care received outside of the Stout Street Health Center. We can help you enroll.
Our specially trained pediatric experts recognize that families are our partners, which is why we deliver family-centered care. By making the hospital very family-friendly, we make it easier for parents and siblings to be involved in the day-to-day medical, emotional and social needs of their child.
Our Colorado listings include 246 affordable and free clinics with several different pieces of information that can help low-income and uninsured people connect with a clinic or community health center in their area. These clinics offer free and discounted rates for medical and dental care. Our county listings include contact information, a listing of services and any further remarks that may be pertinent to our users, such as free services provided, discounted services provided and clinic operating hours.
LEAP (Low-income Energy Assistance Program)
1-866-432-8435
The Colorado LEAP is a federally funded program that helps hard working Colorado families, seniors, those with disabilities and individuals pay a portion of their winter home heating cots. It is not intended to pay the entire cost of home heating for qualifying participants, but rather to help alleviate some of the energy burden associated with the colder winter months.
