Graduation Requirements

At HOPE Online Learning Academy Co-Op, students have two distinct pathways to graduation, ensuring that every learner can achieve their academic and career goals. Whether preparing for college, military service, technical training, or entering the workforce, HOPE provides flexible, structured, and supportive options to help students succeed.

Core24 Diploma Pathway

The Core24 Diploma Pathway is the primary graduation track at HOPE, designed to prepare students for college, career training, and military service. This pathway ensures students meet Colorado’s Higher Education Admission Recommendations, making them eligible for college-level coursework and competitive career opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Total Credits Required: 24 credits across core subjects, electives, and career-focused courses.
  • College & Career Readiness: Students must demonstrate proficiency in Literacy and Mathematics through:
  • Standardized tests (SAT, ACT, ASVAB)
  • Concurrent enrollment (college courses in English or Math)
  • Industry certifications (approved workforce credentials)
  • Capstone course & project
  • Personalized Learning Plan (iCAP): Students complete an Individual College & Career Plan (iCAP) to outline their academic and career goals.

This pathway is ideal for students looking to attend college, join the military, or enter a competitive workforce with a strong academic foundation.
